Professor Suyuan Xie’s achievements won the second prize of National Natural Science Awards 2015

Professor Suyuan Xie received the second prize of National Natural Science Awards 2015 on behalf of his team for this project “Synthesis of New Fullernenes”, according to The State Science and Technology Awarding Meeting of the People's Republic of China held in Beijing on 8 January 2015.


National Natural Science Awards is an annual conference in China. The Lab has won three prizes during 2012-2015. Prior to this, Professor Shigang Sun won the second prize in 2013, and Professor Zhonglin Wang, lab’s IAC member, won Chinese National Award for Scientific Collaboration in 2013.
